Finance Department

Finance Department has a broad range of roles to carry out under four main headings in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services, and the Ministry of National Education, as well as institution policies and procedures.

 

Budget and Reporting: The department aims to make the financial strength of Acıbadem Schools continuous and sustainable. It monitors annual, quarterly and monthly budgets by paying attention to the systematic preparation of all kinds of financial tables and reports.

 

Accounting: It records the transactions related to accounting, tax / social security legislation on a daily basis in the legal books, and fulfills its financial and SGK payment obligations in a timely manner. All these processes are audited periodically.

 

Finance: Announcing the school fees in line with the Ministry of Education regulations, it collects the school fees in cash or by the school installment system (regular payment through contracted banks).

 

Supplier Payments: It approves the invoices for the services and products for which the purchasing transactions are completed and makes the payments to their official bank accounts.
