Food
Our food menus are prepared under the control of a specialist food engineer to include protein, carbonhydrates, vitamins and minerals in a balanced way in order to support healthy development of children.
Our meals are cooked daily in our school kitchen by our own cooks. The meals are prepared and served by our experienced kitchen staff under healthy and hygienic conditions. The highest quality food products with certificates ( Turkish Standards Institute, Turkish Food Codex) are selected for meals. Also, products with high amount of food additives are not used in our meals and we are sensitive about halal food consumption.
Samples are taken from cooked meals and and kept for 72 hours.
Since our school do not have a school market, all students from Kindergarten to Grade 8 are provided with 3 meals.
