The management of the entire proces- from the offer and purchase of all kinds of goods, products or services needed from companies to the delivery of the products to the person requesting that product / service- is carried out by our purchasing unit.

Procurement Department

The Procurement Department ensures that all materials, services, and equipment required by the school’s academic and administrative units are provided at the right time, in the right quality, and at the most appropriate cost. Managing the supply chain, maintaining budget alignment, and conducting quality control in a transparent and systematic manner are the core responsibilities of this unit.

Procurement processes are organized under the following key areas:
